Head band is made of metal encased in plastic with soft foam. Quite frankly this is the best wireless headset I ever had. Fits nicely with no pressure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Having purchased the product recently, I can say that it appears to be plastic and padding. This is what I can tell wothout dismantling the headset. However, the earpiece extenstions are clearly metal, perhaps stainless steel.
