“I purchased this to replace my 16 GB ram on my HP Omen 30L. I was able to change the RGB on the original 16 GB using omen gaming hub application. Now that my 32 GB ram is installed, I am not seeing an option to change the RGB. Is there a way to fix this?”

I know this question is from a year ago. But did you try the software Armoury Crate? My ram sticks couldn't be changed in Omen Gaming hub but found a way with Armoury Crate under the tab Aura Sync.

You should be able to change the RGB with the software that comes with your motherboard, I was able to change mine through dragon center.

With HyperX RGB rams, I use the Ngenuity program. It's a free download on the HyperX website. It will let you modify it there. Hope this helps.
