• Yes it is really firm.. Only if you move the mouse pad then it would move other than that if you write on top of it, it wont move..

• Not exactly. I tried writing on it, and half of the time the paper broke. The other half of the time, you could barely see the pencil lead on the paper. So, no. It's very large, and will take up the whole desk. So probably just get a Large instead of an Extra Large.

• yeah probably just dont put so much pressure when writting to where it will break through the paper but it is indeed firm enough to do that
