Because this appears to be mounted above center, most spare tire covers i see have a hole in the center cut out for the backup camera (if centered mounted). Does anyone know if there is a spare tire cover that would work with this unit being mounted above null

I don't believe so. Had to remove mine.

The covers with the hole in the center are 2018 and newer JL models. This is for the older body style that did not have backup cameras.
