If you mean buy more of the same, this is depending on the total slots and the max capability of the processor. If it cannot utilize more then 8gb upgrading the ram or adding more is pointless. If it has 4 slots and uses 4x2gb sticks that may already be its max. If it has 4 slots and uses 2x4gb sticks it may still be capped out from the processor. Need to make sure the processor is equipped to handle the upgrade. otherwise your throwing money away.
