“My friends have told me if i get this to install better parts and I was wondering if everything was replaceable or in other words can I take out items such as the graphics card and motherboard Thanks!”

To answer your question yes you can upgrade/replace the components. However, I would not recommend the replacing the motherboard because if the motherboard doesn't have the exact same mounting points you can cause shorts and damage. I would also recommend that if you do try to add in more components that you verify that the there is enough connections on the power supply. But for a simple graphics card upgrade there shouldn't be any problems. Also if you are planning to do a bunch of upgrades, you may be better off buying a higher end computer or building your own entirely.
