Will it be able to run overwatch null

It can run Overwatch amazingly well but often it runs into a problem of "rendering application lost" and the application has to close and be reopened so basically crashing but in a different way. I have not been able to find a solution for it so I would recommend looking for a non AMD graphics card computer since i hear this happens most often with AMD graphics cards.
