Their is multiple things that could cause this, it depends on what you mean by wont turn on, if you plug it, and flip the switch on the back of the PSU to its on position, and the red light on the computer doesn't come on, then it is most likely a power supply problem, for that i would recommend contacting Best Buy's customer support and seeing if you can return it and get a new one that hasn't broken. But if the light on the computer is on, and your HDMI/display port cable is hooked into your monitor and computer, you might have the cable plugged into the wrong port on the pack of the desktop, there is the ports on the motherboard for CPU's that have build in graphics, and there is a port on the GPU, the one on the GPU is where you need to plug the cord into.
