if i played Fortnite on this what would the fps be null

No you will not be able to, the system is not powerful enough. You would need to update graphics card.

I have a 200 dollar monitor and fortnite didn't run average my game almost crashed you would need a better graphics card.

I have this same pc stock and I get 40 on a good day
