Can I play Fallout 4 with mods on it? null

Probably not, the GTX 710 that comes with the system, has trouble running games that have that high of a demand. If you were to buy this PC I would recommend a gpu upgrade, upgrading to a gpu that is actually decent could set you back another $200-$300 .
