“Is the software disk already in or is that separate? Additionally, how do I access Nvidia controls, claims there is no panel for it or access for it. Need slight help with it all currently, anyone I can contact?”

It doesnt come with the software and they dont tell you that at the moment of purchase. I am having the same issue with the rest. Worse purchase ever. ¹
