Yes, everything should be able to be plugged into the computer at the same time. This computer comes with more than enough USB Ports to fit your needs. I would definitely recommend going with a different PC though, if you haven't already bought it. This PC has a $30 graphics card that won't be able to push more than 60FPS on all Low settings. This PC won't be able to play Fortnite, Apex Legends or any other modern game over 30 FPS. I would try to find a $500 PC with an RX 570 and paired with a Ryzen 3 3200(g) or if you can, find a Ryzen 5 1600.
