• It is on the back of the computer slightly lower than the fan but you will have to scratch off the graphite.

• It should work properly, you should bring it back, and ask for a new key.

• Your windows key should be on the back of your computer, not on the side panel like the directions say. It will have a little windows icon and in small text say Windows 10 key.

• It should be on the back of the desktop, you have to scratch it off.
