Will you be able to overclock the computer at all? null

That's a negative - the board is a h310 board and won't support much if any overclocking; furthermore, the Intel chip is an 8770 NON-K meaning it is base 3.2GHz and nothing more. You'd need to buy a new board and new CPU.
