its a piece of junk.... it is a cheap usb WLAN. the computer is worthless in my mind. There is no recovery partition and there is no DVD drive. if there is a problem with it... good luck. My best recommendation is to buy a good usb WLAN or even one like a Wi-Pi which would be better than the factory one.
