• No. I'm a professional audio engineer and while I haven't actually measured the SPL 1 meter behind the fan, I can work with it doing mixing and rarely hear the fan.

• I haven't really noticed any overt fan sound above that of any other computer I've had. It basically sounds the same as my previous all-in-one I just replaced.
