• It was already preinstalled on the one I bought. Just hook up an ethernet cable and you should be good to go.

• If you just got this computer, Windows is already installed. It does require the product key in order to use. For me it was on the back of the box. You'll need to scratch off the silver stuff (like a lotto ticket) to see it. most computers dont have a dvd anymore. If you need one, you'd have to buy an external.
