“My monitor keeps saying "no signal" when plugged into the computer (both VGA & HDMI). I made sure all connections were secure.”

I did not hook mine up to a monitor, but to my 52 inch Samsung TV via the HDMI cable. It too did not recognize the input. I had to push the button along the top row of the keyboard that looked to have a picture of a monitor on it to work. On a laptop I usually have to push the "fn" key with the "F8", but this one was a little different.

Just tapping anything on you keyboard, or clicking your mouse, should wake it up if that is the case. I leave that setting alone, but it can be changed using Control Panel - Power options.
