I haven't ran into those issues with this computer, it's remarkable when it comes to fps when playing PUBG.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It kinda depends on your internet speed. You can check your upload and download speeds if you google internet speed test. As far as the hardware goes, no you shouldn't get any lag from this machine unless you have insane graphics settings. I haven't found anything that this wont run well yet. Boot time is like 2 seconds also. Just make sure you install everything to the D drive.
