Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Use the remote that came with the computer, point the remote close to the left side (a few inches away from the glass) of the pc and it should work, the remote doesnt work well at long distance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Need to have a working remote for the lights to work - led remotes in general are not made well / don't work well. It is the luck of the draw if you get a working one. Found the exact same remote on Amazon ($1.50-2.00 each), bought 4 and had to buy the correct battery for them (they came with a bigger battery that doesn't fit right and will jam the remote). First extra remote I bought didn't work, but the second one did. I have 2 back up remotes if anything happens to the one that works. So remotes I have tried 2 where broken and only 1 other worked so far.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The remote that came with mine didn't work. I went on amazon and found the same remote and bought 4 of them (about $1.50-2.00 each). First new one I tried didn't work, but the second one did. If you do order more make sure the correct battery is used with it. Mine from amazon came with a slightly larger battery and did not work with the remote. I still have 2 backup remotes if I need them in the future. Led remotes in general don't work well/ are not made well. More like luck of the draw with if it is a working remote or not.
