Yes. It has the Asus H270 motherboard and can run up to 6 GPUs if you so wished. You cannot run 1060 in SLI but you can run 1070 in SLI or even 6 1070's at once if you so choose to.

You are able to swap out the GeForce 1060 for a 1070, but would also likely need to upgrade the power supply to ensure sufficient power to the more powerful graphics card.
