There are many options available to you, but for the rice, this is a good value, especially if you can catch it on sale. As well as a decent motherboard and 16 Gb of RAM (most at this price have 8GB), it has the latest processor and a reasonable graphics card, both of which you can easily upgrade later if you want. Sure, you can save a little on the processor (i5 instead of i7), memory (8Gb is sufficient) and even graphics card (be careful here, there's a lot of BS out there!) and ograde down the road if you want. Son't go too far below these specs, though, especially if you're an avid gamer, or you'll only end up disappointed.
