Everything can pre-installed. They do however, give you the disks in case anything happens and you to re-install. If you get the care program with the anti virus it gives you a product code to download from the website.

You will need to use an external CD/DVD drive to use the included CDs. I really wish I had looked closer before I bought this computer. I am using a blu-ray read/write drive that I had with a USB adapter (Unitek).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I answered before that it came with discs. It does. HOWEVER, the Driver & GPU Tweak disc that I received is the WRONG DISC! I had to download the correct programs/drivers from ASUS.
