• PS4 has a AMD Radeon Polaris GPU which is comparable to a NVidia GTX 580, 660, 660 Ti. While this has a NVidia GTX 1060, blowing away the graphics card in any console. So graphics wise yes this is much better than PS4 or Xbox One. I have both a PS4 and this same PC and I can play the same games with higher graphics quality and higher frames per second.
