“Hi, I'm trying to reset my pc and it says insert your windows installation or recovery media and I have the dvd disk that it came with but I can't find a place to insert my disk.”

• Sadly, the machine most likely did not come with a DVD drive. I know that my machine did not. For you to use this disk you will need to purchase an external DVD drive from the retailer of your choice. sorry, wish i had a better answer for you.
