QuestionJust purchased this Computer. I installed a game called Tera which is very difficult game for many Video cards and computers to run. It runs it amazingly well. My question is this. is it a good idea to eventually upgrade the power supply?

QuestionOkay so this comes with 1 SSD and 1 HDD. I want a bigger SSD so do I have to replace the old SSD or is there room to place the new one without replacing any parts or buying anything other than a new SSD? Thank you in advance !

- Answer You'll need to use a jump drive or set up a network connection or purchase a cd/dvd player. One does not come standard with this unit

QuestionI just purchased this computer for the black Friday ad at Best Buy. I see in the q and a that this does have Bluetooth. I am getting an error that there is no Bluetooth on this computer when I run a diagnostics on Bluetooth.

- Answer You should check to see if the programs you are using use the dedicated graphics card or the integrated graphics card. To check right click on you desktop, select the navidia graphics settings and go to global. Either set the graphics to designated or chose what individual programs you want the graphics card to use

QuestionI just purchased an ibuypower trace 930. I down loaded radical heights off of steam. The game took 40 minutes to down load, and when i opened the game, the screen was flickering and a green/off color. What do you think is wrong?
