“grandson called, had problem with windows. some how it got deleted off the drive again. the disc worked last time but now it wont, how does he get windows 10 back, this is the disc that came with the computer, tech support was no help”

Since this system came with Windows 10, the system is already registered with Microsoft, you can download Windows 10 copy from the Microsoft website and install it. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Reset the computer. This will bring the computer to its original state. Take it back to Geek Squad, these guys are good. I know it is sometimes hard for a tech to diagnose and repair a computer via a phone call. These guys are pretty good. Give them another chance.
