Can this pc run Fortnite ? If so how much FPS can it run null

I bought this pc in November, this pc run Fortnite in excellent condition at 120-150 FPS in the battle royal ,also can run hitman 2, gta v, etc.

I play fortnite also in currently running at 240 fps without any overclocking to the graphics card or memory. I did replace the memory to corsair vengeance pro ddr4. I purchased 4 to fill all the slots
