The SSD makes every step in managing files super easy! The amount of storage of this computer can help users save not only high-level games but various kinds of large documents. The external design of it is another attractive feature if you want a fantastic computer appearance.

I came to this computer from a Ryzen 6300, an RX 560, 8GB DDR3, and a 1TB HDD.... Needless to say... this computer is a MASSIVE upgrade! Everything on here runs more smoothly than my previous computer, and boots and loads much much faster! Highly recommend this to anyone wanting a prebuilt gaming PC!

There has been nothing wrong with this PC so far. It runs all my games very well. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

After debating whether or not to purchase this amazing item due to COVID crisis I don’t regret it my grandson is amazingly happy and that’s all that matters super easy amazing price super wonderful

This PC is great for beginners. The setup is quick and easy to follow and it took no time at all to set it all up. The led light is customizable which is really cool. Definitely a great product worth the cost. Looking forward to discovering more awesome aspects of it!

I am so disappointed with this purchase. I bought this brand for my older son last year and it was a great purchase. My younger son worked all summer to save money so he could have a gaming PC as well and we bought this model. He tried to plug in his monitor to the video card via HDMI only to discover that the monitor won't plug in all the way. This video card looks like the HDMI slot was moved when compared to the video card on the system we got last year. Or maybe the slot opening on the case is different. Why was the manufacturing changed? How are we supposed to plug in the monitor? It connects but just barely and if theres any movement the cord falls out. Why have the HDMI option on the video card if you can't use it? This is such poor manufacturing that I can't recommend you buy this product unless you don't intend to use the HDMI option. Save yourself the headache of what I'm dealing with now....a teen that worked all summer and spent every penny he earned to end up with something he still can't fully use without having to continually reconnect his monitor.

Overall it’s good, the keyboard is terrible and hard to type. Now just discovered that certain keys don’t work. I bought this just less than two months ago and I’m hardly ever on it. Now I gotta get another keyboard.

I was so excited to start using this computer, I just picked it up today and the back of the computer looks pushed out and damaged, best part is the HDMI port attached to the video card needed to connect a monitor to the computer is partially covered by the metal backing, a total oversight in manufacturing, can't even plug anything into the video card hdmi rendering this computer entirely unusable unless I buy a DVI to hdmi cord, but for $1,200 with tax for this thing I shouldn't have to. Horrible experience for my first desktop PC.

It’s good i guess but I had to figure out how to download windows and my chrome doesn’t even open up.

I was thinking about buying a gaming PC by myself. I did some research and after few weeks debating I choose this model. I visited a few stores also and listen to what store employees recommended. They had this model on display. After looking over the specs I decided to order it. The order process was fast and I received the product early. I've owned the PC for a few weeks and am very please thus far with the overall design of the case and performance. It is super quick and plays every game I've tried so far with no issues yet.

Perfect first gaming pc. Runs smooth, fast, and very quiet. Fps drops when playing fortnite and using second monitor but suppose that’s a given, but glad it’s upgrade friendly. Fps locked at 144 when not using second monitor. Remote color buttons don’t reflect chosen color on pc, it did the first 2 days of using pc. Disappointed no vbucks came with this purchase like other ibuypower purchases did, $1200. Keyboard is poor quality, immediate upgrade is recommended. Overall, it’s a perfect first gaming pc. (to me at least)

I got this PC the other day, and it's my first Gaming PC. For what I use it for, It works perfectly. I get high FPS on most games, and overall the build of it is very slick and quiet. The set-up was very straight forward and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this to people looking for an entry level, easy to manage PC.

Computer is fast and very sleek! One of the hdmi ports doesn’t work which is disappointing but to be fair, I haven’t been able to get ahold of tech support yet to troubleshoot. It also didn’t boot up correctly out of the box and I had to get into the startup menu to reinstall windows. I was able to do that however and now it boots up without issue.

EXCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCT! Son is very happy! Easy to setup and use! Runs perfectly with no issues and so much space! Son was able to download and run multiple MMO games, and run them with no issues! He loves the flashy look too Happiest! Happiest kid in the world! Thank you BEST BUY!

It came one day early witch was really nice on top of that there was very little package handling damage like almost none at all. As for the pc it is in great condition it started up once I plugged it in and was easy to set up i will be recomending this product to my friends and family

I bought this pc along with monitor from BestBuy, and I got it all on sale. Frankly, this has been an amazing purchase as I got a pc for myself to play games and do work, and it was cheaper compared to an intense gaming computer. Other companies charge more for less product, and I feel like this computer looks and performs good. This computer was shipped well and it was easy to start up. I would defiantly recommend it to a friend or a first time gamer.
