• Yes! you can upgrade any PC by buying more RAM sticks, then you replace the old ones with the new ones

• Hello, yes, it is! Every iBUYPOWER PC is built with the goal that the user is able to upgrade freely down the line. Adding 1 additional stick of 16GB DDR5 RAM would be a great idea.
