If you run your fivem on the HDD drive it will definitely lag. Trust me from experience. You’re better off running the fivem / gta v on an SSD since SSD is faster and loads the textures faster. You’re better off finding a desktop with minimum 500 GB SSD and then later down the line purchasing a 1TB SSD hard drive to add to the storage. Hope this helps!
