Can I add a second hard drive to it? null

on mine, there this a space for a 2nd nvme drive. these are the motherboard specs for mine>> https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/B550M-C/index.us.asp i cannot be 100% sure which one you'll receive

you can add up to 2 2.5 inch ssd's and one 3.5 inch hard drive but you will need to source your own sata cables.
