• Hello, This computer is a prebuild and comes with a mouse/keyboard. The only thing you need is a monitor and internet connection. It can run Fortnite on medium to high settings. Thank you for the question.

• This PC is completely ready to go upon arrival. There is too much Fortnite being played and not enough school homework being done on these computers. Setup up the parental controls to only allow small amounts of game time so that their brains don't turn to mush.
