Since it has a lot of space, pretty much any graphics card will fit. NVIDIA, AMD, it doesn't matter. It has a pci-express slot, so make sure your card has that as well. You just need to make sure you have the proper drivers for the card. It comes with a gt 710 already, but upgrading should be pretty easy. Unless you want to figure out how to use SLI or Crossfire (methods of using two graphics cards which only work with two identical cards) you can only use one at a time, though.
