Hello, Most PC components will throttle before they overheat, meaning the performance will slowly start to reduce as you get close to max temperatures. In general, AMD CPUs will get to an indicated 85 C (this value changes based on what monitors program you are using). Intel CPUs can get to 100-105, and GPUs to about 100C before they start throttling severely. Any higher and the system will shut off to prevent damage. Thank you for the question.
