It is a defective operating system. Contact who you bought it from.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not seeing the error screen...if it's doing this out of the box - take it to Best Buy or call if you bought the service... Alternatively: Shut it down - and I mean hold the power button in for 5 seconds until you hear the fans turn off. Unplug the computer literally from the wall. Wait 15 seconds. Plug it back in and power it on. IF it doesn't help then post the error or the screenshot? Good luck! Clay
