Based on the recommended specs for fortnite, than yes. I would ask someone who has more experience with computers and fortnite on a forum (Steam's forums are a great way to find out what you want) or wherever you'd prefer. They would be able to tell you if this computer will run fortnite on the highest and what fps you get. Be aware, this is not the best computer to get if you're looking for ultra quality graphics. The GTX 1050 isn't as great as it seems and the combination of this GPU and processor is a bit strange. But it works fine for me for my needs and I don't need the highest graphical settings.
