“Does this pc come with a mic port and a headphone port or is it a headphone and mic port? If it is can I plug in a usb mic and talk threw that and not talk threw the headset mic?”

There are three ports in the back that come with most computers, one for microphone, one for headphone and another that I don't know its function. If you wanted to, this computer has more than enough USB ports for anything that has a USB connection.
