Yes, the gpu has an HDMI port. I haven't played CS:GO on this computer, but I assume it will run on fairly high settings. Ultra, maybe not. GTX 1050 isn't as great as I thought it would be. If you want a gaming rig that plays latest games on higher settings, you'll need at least a GTX 1060 or AMD equivilant.
