Hello, If you have problems with the computer that are related to the part you swapped out, then it is not valid for warranty. For example, if you put in a new graphics card, overclock it, and the power supply dies as a result, then warranty does not apply to the power supply. However, let's say you put in your 1060 and then you encounter a problem with the RAM later, the RAM would still be covered by warranty. Hope this clears things up, thank you for your question!
