This computer does not come with a monitor. That is the only thing you have to buy. It did come with the mouse and keyboard. I bought ASUS - 24" LED FHD FreeSync Monitor - Black Model: VG245H. Because the games need a fast refresh ratio so you don't have that after burn thing happen. Also this monitor had speakers, not the Bose but I just wanted the option. So far I have not had any issues. But keep in mind this computer is not top of the line. This is more of a average one. Game card is smaller then the other IBuy Power computers. But so far no issues, games played are on Steam, dont use the computer for much else so it isn't bogged down by other things. Hope this helped.
