This computer will probably have trouble playing those games on highest settings. The other computer will, too. If you want to play games on the medium to highest settings with no problems you're going to need at least a GTX 1060 graphics card or its AMD equilvalent. Your graphics card should have at least 4 GB dedicated memory in order to play games easily. I hate to say this, but pre-built PCs are not built to be effective gaming rigs. If you want a good gaming rig, you'll need to pay more for better parts.
