This computer can play Overwatch on high settings, unfortunately I am unable to provide FPS because that may vary from your final settings you decide to use and your internet speeds. Attaching an additional monitor should be as simple as plugging it into the other ports available on the GPU and if you do not have the correct port, you may need to purchase an adapter.
