B450m/ac Motherboard. MSI GeForce 6GB graphics card. Not sure about fortnight...

The brands range from major gaming companies such as MSI, ASUS, ASRock, etc. We are not able to provide FPS information as that is dependent on the settings you choose when playing the game. However, expect to see high frames because this PC can easily run Fortnite. Hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions!
