Why does it run so bad? null

I don’t know what may be wrong with yours but mine runs just fine

Right now it doesn’t work because it say I have to repair it for some reason

My guess is user error. Or you have a lemon. Do you know what that means? I got my son one of these for christmas and it runs like a champ, right out of the box. What exactly do you mean by "run so bad"? On startup? Which programs are you running?
