QuestionI bought this pc yesterday and I am having trouble playing rust on any settings. Every time I load into a game I have around 15 FPS or lower at all times. I have downloaded the drivers and still have the same FPS problems. I NEED HELP.

- Answer This PC is running Fortnite for my son at over 200 FPS, out of the box. No special drivers loaded, or settings tweaked. Hate to say it but you may have a lemon. I'd personally contact Bestbuy about getting a replacement.

- Answer You have two hard drives, a ssd and hdd. The hdd is your 1tb probably your :D drive

- Answer hi cavalry! even though i'm not the seller of this product and in no way affiliated with i buy power but the reason its so expinseve is because it has a gtx 1060 graphics card and a 8th gen core i5 proseser with 16 gigs of ddr4 ram and a ssd which is actually a really good price. you should be able to play vr games and stream fortnite with medium to high settings pretty easily

- Answer Mine came with an asrock b360m ib-r1. I can’t seem to find any information on it online and the tech support of ibuypower told me I basically got a faulty one. Wouldn’t recommend

- Answer In the images you can see where this PC lands on both of the games. Final Fant. wants a 4gb GPU where this one has a 3GB. You can still run both pretty well just would have some minor adjustments to the graphics.

QuestionHow Do I install another hard drive? I cannot seem to put it in the back side in the slot or find the power wires for it.

- Answer I removed the power and sata wires from the original HDD installed, put my hard drive in and then reconnected the original wires. I then ran my Sata cable from the front into the back. The extra power cables are between the power supply and the hard drive tray.

- Answer The same thing happened to me. I purchases a Asus monitor (VG245) with it. I found out by accident, there is a small knob on the back right followed by several buttons. By pressing the knob in and pushing the knob down to the audio section. Pull over the the right and scroll down to source. Make sure that the audio source is selected as “Line In.” I heard Cortana in mid speak, she still couldn’t hear me which is fine. Solved it half way..... Hope this helps to some!!! Good luck!!!!!

- Answer Home edition. 20/240 AC, 550 Watts (this was found searching other answers) No open bays, so if you wanted a cd drive it would be external. Number of USB 2.0 Type A Ports 2 and 4 SuperSpeed 5Gbs USB 3.1 ports (This was off the specs sheet)
