The guy that told you about the m.2 slot is correct but however, that is your wifi m.2 card, I wouldn't take that out or else you wont be able to have wifi, unless you use ethernet.

Please try again later.If i am seeing correctly, as well as you got the TUF B360M-PLUS GAMING S motherboard there should be one M.2 slot under the graphics card, and one over. I am not sure which is empty, but last time I worked with my PC the one under the graphics card was full.
