“i’ve had my pc for a couple months ever since i first got it it’s had problem running games besides fortnite 100 fps on lowest setting and games like r6 or rust i get like 10 fps. i’ve had a couple friends tell me the cpu is bottlenecking”

• the graphics card doesn’t have a port where i plug in the hdmi

• I had the same problem as you are describing to me back when I bought it. My problem was I was connected to the intel graphics instead of my graphics card. Make sure your hdmi is plugged into your graphics card and see if that helps.
