QuestionHow do I change the color? The Asus Aura software that it came with does not run and it did not come with a remote.

- Answer if you look into your pc near top fan on the motherboard it might say ASUS ROCK . If it does say ASUS ROCK then to change the LED you would need to download ASUS ROCK polychrome RGB LED app https://www.asrock.com/microsite/PolyChromeRGB/ hope this helps !

- Answer If you look into the pc near the top fan on the motherboard it might say ASUS ROCK . If it does say ASUS ROCK then you might need to download this program https://www.asrock.com/microsite/PolyChromeRGB/ Hope this helps !

QuestionI really like the PC when I finished setting up. But I don't know why my pc can't connect with wifi. The list of wifi connection just only 1. And it is really weak to connect. Please help me!

- Answer Did you make sure to screw in the included antennas into the back IO? There should be 2 ports to screw them in. Just be very careful with them. If that doesn’t work go to Best Buy or Walmart and pick up a dual band WiFi usb.

- Answer The ram preinstalled is a 8GB 2666 mhz. So it would be safe to search for DDR4 2666mhz RAM.

- Answer Uninstall AURA, find your motherboard and google it with +support and download the lighting control driver, install it restart your pc and it should work now.

QuestionThis pc came with a led strip and a couple of lights on the front of the case. They’re both stuck on red and kinda pulsate on and off. The pc didn’t come with a remote to change the color or the effects of the lights, not really sure how to go about that.

- Answer This happened to me, email Nvidia support or Bestbuy themselves and they will get you your code. I called in to 1888Bestbuy and tweeted Best Buy support on twitter and they messaged me the code and I also got an email shortly after.
