“I tried to dual monitor with this computer , however this computer can not detect any other monitor. Why is that ? I tried every method , updating all drivers and even plugging into a different input besides the HDMI. PLease help !”

If you haven't already, make sure that the HDMI cord is plugged into the GPU. Once that is done, press the Windows key + P and then select Extend. As far as I know, the DisplayPort and HDMI ports on the motherboard are disabled by default.
